This role is vital within the business & requires you to be able to communicate well over the phone, deal with phone calls and emails!
Role and Responsibilities
*Inbound – answer inbound telephone calls from customers across multiple campaigns
*Outbound – make outbound telephone calls for set campaigns
*To handle and resolve customer queries
*Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.
*Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems
*Ability to work in a team environment – ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
*Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.
*Ad-hoc Administration – handle and respond to emails where required.
