St.Andrews Courtyard

Following on from the success of previous courtyards painted for St. Andrew’s Healthcare in Northampton, this year I was asked to look at a further nine courtyards, spread across a couple of different sites. The first was for Bracken ward, a ladies ward, who wanted a graffiti style mural featuring a variety of different images that mean something to them. As these were quite random, I painted it in such a way as to suggest it was a wall that had been graffitied by a number of different artists, to give an authentic field.
