Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part after reporting to the assigned job site, you’ll be:

1.Picking up and disposing of trash

2.Removing dust from walls and floors

3.Clean and prepare new bathrooms

4.Clean and prepare floors – tile and/or carpet

5.Cleaning of windows and glass partitions

6.Prepare opening of site once construction is complete

7.Cleaning of stairs and elevators

Shift: Monday – Friday: start time between 5:00AM-7:00AM depending on site location, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week

Requirements:

1.Must be 18 years or older.

2.E-verify and criminal background check are required.

3.Must be comfortable with being on a construction site.

4.Must be comfortable working without central air at times.

5.Must be comfortable with location changing every 4-6 weeks.

6.Must have reliable transportation
