Looking for a Consistent End of Tenancy Cleaner

This role offers high flexibility and would suit those looking to pick up extra hours around their current work patterns or around childcare responsibilities. Due to the nature of the work and depending on property size and condition there will be part and full days in addition to possible weekend working. We may offer guaranteed hours once your abilities are proven and there is the opportunity to progress to a team leader/supervisory role.

Responsibilities Be part of a strong cohesive team carrying out our specialised tenancy cleaning services to a high standard.
The process of end of tenancy cleaning is extensive as it includes the deep cleaning of all rooms, furniture, and carpets (if required). Tasks will include cleaning of oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, internal windows, door frames, furniture, fixtures, fittings, skirting boards, window sills, as well as baths, showers, toilets and sinks.

You will also be tackling built-up problems like limescale, grease and mould using all your knowledge and skill to bring about the best possible result. Knowledge of chemicals and the right approaches is desired, however full training will be provided.

You must be able to;
Operate to checklists and defined scope of works
Demonstrate competency in your approach to jobs
Undertake job completion reports, to include taking photos
Use chemicals and cleaning equipment safely
Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment
Handle keys responsibly
Work efficiently to time schedules
Requirements Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – Full training will be provided
A keen eye for detail
DBS check or willing to obtain
High levels of self-motivation, and the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong team-working ability
Ability to handle equipment and machinery used to complete cleans, some of which may be heavy
Be physically fit, with the ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Full UK Drivers Licence is desired, but not essential
