My Personal Assistant is now hiring local & foreign Call Centre Representative professionals.
Responsibilities
1.Handling of inbound calls, outbound calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
2.Website online order processing
3.Handle any issues or discrepancies from customers regarding their orders
4.Perform product details updates on the website such as sale promotions, and uploading new products
5.Occasional dealer management
6.Service centre upcountry dispatch repairs coordination
7.Any other duty as may be assigned
8.Please note this role will include various duties including but not limited to the above.
Key Qualifications & Experience
1. Business degree/diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution
2.Experience in an e-commerce retail environment is an added advantage
3.Call center/customer service/front office experience
4.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5.Excellent communication and organizational skills
