The Laboratory Technician Role

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• The sampling and micro-biological testing of products in order to maintain quality control, ensuring compliance with company and legislative standards at all times
• Working alongside the Laboratory Manager to interpret and report results with accuracy and precision
• Maintaining and exceeding food hygiene, health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and hygienic work station and working environment
