Staff Station is looking to recruit a Janitor / Caretaker / Maintenance Technician to work on a part time basis on one of our larger sites that we service.

We are looking for the Janitor to carry out but not limited to:

-Minor maintenance work;
-Cleaning duties to ensure the site is of cleanliness standard and kept tidy;
-Liaising with our tenants and with outside contractors;
-Reporting to the management team via emailing and verbal communications and some computer work is required.

We will be able to offer overtime during the busier periods and when our business needs require.

Full onsite training will be given, ideally we are looking for an immediate start and can offer hours of Monday – Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm.
