Hiring Skilled, diligent end-of-tenancy cleaner

sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. Preferably own equipment/supplies and own transport.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of everything including hard-to-reach places (top of cupboards etc)
• Emptying cupboards and cleaning them
• Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom
• Cleaning the fridge and oven, emptying bins
• Cleaning windows, blinds and doors
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
• Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

Cleaner Requirements:

• At least 2 years of the end of tenancy cleaning experience.
• Preferably carpet cleaning experience as well.
• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work under pressure.
• Preferably own equipment/supplies.
• Preferably own transport
• Polite and professional disposition
