1.Ensure the Reception area is well-managed, and presentable at all times.

2.Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately

3.Call and receive all incoming calls, redirect and record appropriately

4.Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

5.Oversees telephone services. email correspondence, and mail distribution.

6.Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.

7.Performs other related duties as assigned


1.Certificate / Diploma in Front Office Management. Secretarial Studies, or related field.

2.Must have strong analytical and communication skills, excellent leadership qualities.

3.Ability to work under minimum supervision.

4.Honesty and integrity

5.Good interpersonal skills

6.Computer literate.

7.Maintains confidentiality

8.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
