We are looking for two girls ($310 each per year) in our room that has two single beds with ensuite and projector & Google Chromecast to watch movies and a big balcony to chill.

The housemates are all very friendly and pretty easy going. Everyone works full time and on different schedules so the shared spaces never get crowded.
All kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, big back yard, TV, hammocks provided.
Volleyball, badminton, tennis rackets, soccer, basketball, surf/bodyboard, yoga mats, jumping ropes, gym equipment, boardgames, etc all free to use. Bicycle storage available.
